Candidates who have applied for GUJCET 2020 in the month of January will be appearing for the examination on 31 March 2020.GUJCET application form was available on the official website of Gujarat Board. Candidates had to log in to the website and fill the details in the application form. GUJCET is an examination conducted by Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board for admission to institutions in Gujarat. GUJCET 2020: Subjects
GUJCET 2020 includes examinations in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology. Engineering aspirants should attempt Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics question papers. Pharmacy aspirants should attempt Physics, Chemistry and Biology question papers.GUJCET is an offline examination wherein candidates are expected to mark the correct answers on the OMR sheet using a black/blue ballpoint pen. Time duration to complete Physics and Chemistry paper is 2 hours. Mathematics/ Biology should be completed in 1 hour.
GUJCET 2020: Admit Card
Candidates can download and take a printout of the admit card from the official website of the board. It is mandatory to carry a hardcopy of the admit card along with a valid ID proof and candidates’ photograph to the examination hall. Candidates are advised to read the instructions on the admit card carefully before going for the examination. If there is any discrepancy in the admit card, candidates should report to the concerned authority immediately. The toll-free number to contact the authority will be mentioned on the official website.
GUJCET 2020: Cutoff and Counselling
GUJCET cutoff score is calculated giving 60% weightage to Class 12 marks and 40% weightage to GUJCET score. The GUJCET 2020 cutoff score is released in the form of opening rank and closing rank. The cutoff score varies for different courses and institutions. Depending on the rank of the candidate, he/she will be called for counselling.
