OBITUARY ANNOUNCEMENT

SLAJ receive with shock the death of one of its members, Osman Ben Kargbo, formally of The New Citizen Newspaper, which sad event took place on Wednesday, January 2, 2008.

In respect of this sad event, SLAJ is urging all its members to pay their last respect to their late colleague at the laying out ceremony at 7 Old Signal Hill Road, resident of his father Hon I.B. Kargbo, Minister of Information and Communication, on Friday January 4, 2008.

May his soul Rest in Perfect Peace.

FUNERAL ANNOUNCEMENT

The death is reported of Mr. Osman Ben Kargbo, formerly of The New Citizen Newspaper. The sad event took place on Wednesday, January 2, 2008.

The remains of the late Osman Ben Kargbo will be buried on Friday 4 January, 2008, at the Kingtom Cemetery, Freetown.

The body of the late Osman Ben Kargbo will be laid at the residence of his father,  Hon I.B. Kargbo, Minister of Information and Communication, 7 Old Signal Hill Road, Freetown; followed by a funeral ceremony and prayers at the Old Railway Line Mosque.

Sympathizers may call at 7 Old Signal Hill Road.

He was 37 years old.
