TENDER NOTICE

For Supply of

Construction/Agric Tools and Promotion Items

1.CARE-Sierra Leone hereby invites tender in sealed cover from registered/authentic Sierra Leone firms/company/vendors to submit bids for the supply of Construction/Agric tools and Printing of packaging and promotional items.

2. Detailed particulars and specifications of the supplies are available in the Tender Schedule, which may be obtained from the Procurement Department, CARE International in Sierra Leone, Freetown, on all working days during office hours for Free.

3. No tender Schedule will be issued on the day of opening of the tender;

4. Tender documents in sealed cover (Brown pre-numbered enveloped will be supplied by CARE) are to be submitted along with the Tender Security Money amount as follows in the form of Bank Draft in favor of “CARE Sierra Leone ” from any scheduled bank having branch within Freetown city:

5. Tenders will be received up to 12.00 Noon on 19/11/2006 and will be opened at 12.30 PM on the same day by the Tender Opening Committee and/or Procurement Committee in presence of the bidders/suppliers (if any); and all bids must be accompanied by:

· A valid tax certificate;

· Business Registration Certificate

· A certificate of clearance of NASSIT

6. CARE Sierra Leone shall not be under any obligation to accept the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, in part or full, without assigning any reason.
