10% Contract Commission Rocks Ministry Of Finance...Dr. Samura Kamara Accused

The Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning is fast becoming a corruption den in the midst of other ministries and in the midst of an economy that is retrogressing rather than improving under the leadership of Dr. Samura Kamara, a former World Bank employee as political head of the Government. Workers of the Ministry are allegedly interested in collecting 10% from Government Contractors for every payment made to them.
As a result of their quest to receive the 10% from Government contractors, it is reported that contractors with legitimate payment who refused to comply with their illegitimate demands have their vouchers and payment document lying on the table of the Minister of Finance, Dr. Samura Kamara, who would either advance unreasonable excuse or keeps giving them stories and tales about World Bank/IMF approval
